Join the ranks of celebrities and royalty as you ride this legendary train* travelling from Istanbul to Sleepy Willow, via London and Europe. Some of the most notorious spies and courtesans mingled with the rich and famous in the heyday of this opulent hotel on wheels. In January this year the train was renovated to recapture the romanticism of the early 20th Century, whilst incorporating modern day technology. We are confident that this will be a year to remember for our famous express. Fancy dress is encouraged.
Glass Painting Masterclass – Technical Skills & Techniques
The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing tool which many people find to be useful in supporting them to deepen their understanding of why they feel, behave and respond as they do, and also in deepening their empathy for others as they come to understand more of how others see the world.
The Enneagram taps into our core motivations as well as our deepest compulsions. It does not shy away from the more difficult elements of being human, but dives right in!
This one-day stained glass workshop is an invitation to step into an ancient art form — to cut, shape, and join pieces of coloured glass into a leaded panel that transforms with every shift of light.
Guided by over three decades of experience, I’ll share not only the practical skills but also the subtleties that give stained glass its unique character.
By the end of the day, you’ll have created a panel — a composition of colour and form that reveals its true beauty when light passes through.

Meet Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves.
Visit Santa ‘In The North Pole’ where wonder fills the air and belief comes to life. Mrs Claus shares warm tales of the season, while playful elves lend a little mischief and magic. This is more than a visit, it’s a joyful journey into the heart of Christmas (30-35 minutes) after school and on weekends.
Pre-school children can enjoy a shorter Santa visit at ‘Santa’s Cabin‘ on weekdays during term time.
