The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing tool which many people find to be useful in supporting them to deepen their understanding of why they feel, behave and respond as they do, and also in deepening their empathy for others as they come to understand more of how others see the world.
The Enneagram taps into our core motivations as well as our deepest compulsions. It does not shy away from the more difficult elements of being human, but dives right in!
Following the success of our last Enneagram Book Club, reading "The Road Back to You", we at Leeds Sanctuary are delighted to share that we'll be hosting another Book Club starting this September.
We'll be reading "The Enneagram Guide to Waking Up" by Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes, meeting online on Zoom once a month from September to July to discuss a chapter of the book. The meetings will be facilitated by Emily Smith and Anna Bland.
