What is Heart asking of you? Are you listening?
What is the shape of your Heart’s dance? How does Heart dance us?
In this one day 5Rhythms® workshop, we move from sensation to emotion, from cellular awareness to heartfelt expression. Beginning in the terrain of Waves, we root ourselves in the body—tracking sensation, breath, and rhythm. From here, we open to the emotional landscape of Heartbeat, where feeling becomes emotion, and and we put it in motion.
