Late Summer Yoga Brunch

Cherish the last of the summer with a revitalising yoga sequence and a two-course brunch, set in the stunning surroundings of Left Bank Leeds.

This playful, interactive family yoga session is designed to help caregivers and children learn simple tools to regulate their nervous systems—together through the ancient practice of yoga and play!

Through calming breathwork, playful movement, shared stillness and creativity, we’ll explore ways to feel more settled, connected, and at ease as a family.

We'll move through grounding practices, joyful shapes, and a final sensory relaxation, all in a welcoming and non-judgemental space.

Join us for a gentle evening of relaxation and connection through sound, a one hour journey of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, soft ambient tones, and soothing visuals. 

Afterwards, we’ll share wholesome chats and chill vibes over some nourishing homemade herbal tea.

Meet at Wellington Central.

All running abilities are welcome to enjoy a Sunday run to blow off the cobwebs!  

Whether a solo runner or coming with friends, the Weekend Pacers is a fun, social group.

Enjoy a scenic run around the city, taking in a different route each week!
