For anyone who wants to explore the root causes of mental and emotional struggles and learn some essential skills to support our own mental wellbeing.
Join us for a powerful exploration into the root causes of mental and emotional struggle - not as disorders, but as the mind’s way of trying to keep us safe. We’ll uncover how the subconscious stores emotional distress, creating deep-seated fears, limiting beliefs, and reactive patterns that silently shape our lives.
Dr Crissie Harney hosts an evening exploring how science, the arts and young people can work in collaboration to improve youth mental health.
This call to action will highlight why a collective approach is crucial to addressing youth mental health moving forward, and what the future holds.
Join Ella (She/Her) from The Pink School for Parent + Baby Yoga.
This 4 week course aims to give you back some time for you. Time to be present, to move, to breathe and to connect with your little one and other primary care-givers.
The sessions are intuitively led based on the needs of the group and the babies in the moment, however they will follow a similar structure:
Yoga (45 minutes)
Welcome Song + strokes (clothed baby massage)
Floor based movement + breathwork Flow
Closing Peaceful Energy Healing
Try a class, have look around and meet our wonderful team.
We know that embarking on a yoga practice, and even walking in to a studio, can be nerve-wracking, but we also know the vast array of benefits that a yoga practice can bring.
With that in mind, we invite you to our Yoga Hero Open Day.
