For absolute beginners - Have a go at using the tools that are commonly lying around the house that you have no idea how to use!

Duration

5 hours with a 30 minute lunch break. 10am - 3pm. Tea and coffee breaks are optional. Lunch is not provided so please bring lunch with you, there are places nearby to grab some lunch if needed. Please this course is designed for people over 18 years old. We now run Young Makers courses for under 18's full listings can be found on Eventbrite.

Where is the course run?

A fun and dynamic class combining breakdance and streetdance. Includes hip hop – old skool (popping, locking, waving) and nu skool (krump, house and more) – a high energy, positively focused way into the funkiest moves on the street. 

During the term the group will work on a dance to perform as part of an informal sharing for parents at the end of term.

Each class offers the chance to learn ballet from professional dance tutors in a friendly, safe and fun environment. Build on technique without the pressure of exams in this creative session. During the term the group will work on a dance to perform as part of an informal sharing for parents at the end of term.

A creative class for ages 5 to 7 fusing Pop music to get your body moving! We use funky Street with a twist of other Dance styles such as Jazz.

Parents and Tots is a fun movement session to build your little one’s confidence to crawl, move, toddle and dance in a safe environment. This session is for families with babies and young children aged 0-4 (older siblings and non-crawlers are very welcome).

In each class the dance tutors lead the group through playful movement activities using a variety of props, music and obstacles to stimulate the senses. Parents and Tots is a great place to meet other young families, share ideas, experiences and memories together.
