Crafting songs which range from achy-hearted, string-laden confessionals to sleek, chic soundtracks for the small hours, Katy J Pearson is a pop singer-songwriter for the modern catastrophic age and today she announced details of the release of her third album, Someday, Now, which is out on Friday 20th September 2024 on Heavenly Recordings.

Searows is the indie-folk project of Alec Duckart (he/him), a Kentucky-born, Oregon-raised singer-songwriter and guitarist.  His debut album, Guard Dog (released September 30, 2022), was written, recorded, and produced by Alec alone, on a glitchy old laptop, with GarageBand, between his 21st and 22nd birthdays.  

Dublin-born singer and composer Rachael Lavelle’s debut album Big Dreams, released via her Rest Energy label, has quickly seen her become recognised as one of Ireland’s most exciting emerging talents.

Admiral Fallow (Louis Abbott, Kevin Brolly, Phil Hague, Sarah Hayes and Joe Rattray) released their much-beloved debut album Boots Met My Face in 2011, its widely acclaimed successor Tree Bursts In Snow the following year, and an extraordinary third record, Tiny Rewards, in 2015.

RVG’s highly-anticipated third album is named Brain Worms for the hyper-recognisable experience of, each day, baring witness to a world of private obsessions being aired out in the infinite. This may not be wholly new territory for the Melbourne post-punk band and its lyricist/frontwoman Romy Vager, but this time around, there’s a newfound radical acceptance glistening overtop everything.
