Let The Art of Simon bring back some warm, nostalgic memories for you. With songs such as For Emily Wherever I May Find Her, The Poem on the Underground Wall and classic hits such as The Boxer, Homeward Bound and Baby Driver.

You will be in for a treat, don’t miss this night.

New Year's Eve Superhero Yoga Flow

Join Yoga Hero for a special Superhero Yoga Flow to see out 2024 in style!

Holly will be leading a dynamic, challenging (but all-levels) yoga flow to a lively soundtrack. Expect to get warm, mobile joints, increase the heart rate, challenge yourself, and smile... Before cooling down with some delicious Yin and Restorative poses and ending with a meditation about letting go of anything that you want to leave in 2024, and setting intentions to cultivate self-compassion in 2025, then ending with a completely wonderful Savasana.

Perfect for:

Boardgames Night

As part of the Leeds Festival of Play and Creativity join us at Boardgames night at Horsforth Brewery...

... because play is not just for children. Play boosts creativity, it can be a mindful and absorbing activity, reducing stress. It's also a lovely way to connect with others.

Come along and play an old favourite or give those neural pathways a work out by learning a new one. I'm there to teach and recommend from a massive selection.
