A 5Rhythms® dance workshop on New Year's Day, exploring how we navigate uncharted territory and unexpected change.

- The start of a new year often brings a sense of possibility and the desire for fresh beginnings, as well as for releasing old ways of doing things.
- Venturing into the unknown can raise mixed feelings, and call previously hidden parts of ourselves to the surface.
- This workshop will be a supportive space to explore how we adapt to unexpected situations, and to cultivate openness to new experiences.

King Zepha will be LIVE AT SELA on Thursday 28th November with their original jump blues, rocksteady, ska and dub with honkin' horns, thumpin' double bass and raucous 4-part vocal harmonies.

One final Crater Lake gig for the year and it’s this belter. Very proud of every event I’ve organized this year.

Putrefier is the alias of Mark Durgan, active since the mid 80s. Dense and disconcerting electronics which bring to mind both classic European concrète and high velocity Japanese noise blasts. Mark has collaborated with the likes of John Wall, Evil Moisture, The New Blockaders, K2, Phil Julian and Thirdorgan and has had his music released on labels such as Broken Flag, Pan, Harbinger Sound, Pure and Ent’racte.
