Hold On To Your Butts

“HILARIOUS”
WhatsonStage *****

65 million years ago, dinosaurs ruled the Earth…
30 years ago, a movie about dinosaurs ruled the box office…
This year, you are invited to HOLD ON TO YOUR BUTTS!

This “funny, head-spinning Jurassic Park parody” (The Times) is a must-see “chaotic masterpiece” (Stage to Page) that has won over London fans and critics alike. HOLD ON TO YOUR BUTTS showcases Foley sound and physical theatre and is “imaginative, slick silliness on an epic scale” (London Theatre 1).

Workshop participants are invited to join two members of the Coalesce Dance Theatre team to explore how the weather impacts our main character Mika and their Polar Bear friend.

Pride and Preventatives

Join our expert team for this new in-depth talk exploring changing attitudes to sex, attraction and contraception.

Honey, crocodile dung and that old faithful, the post-coital coughing fit. It’s fair to say our idea of reliable contraception (and how regularly we use it) has changed over the years.

Join award-winning author Hiba Noor Khan as she talks about her powerful middle-grade book, Safiyyah's War. War comes to the streets of Paris and Safiyyah’s life changes for ever. Her best friend’s family have fled, and the bombing makes her afraid to leave the mosque where she lives. But when her father is arrested by the Nazis for his secret Resistance work, it falls to Safiyyah to run the dangerous errands around the city.

Index for Working Musik

Index for Working Musik emerged from the depths of an East End bunker in 2023 with Dragging the Needlework for the Kids at Uphole (Tough Love), a "Heroin Country" affair, followed by the experimental Indexe'e. 2024 saw the release of Purple Born, an 8-minute track that channels the likes of John Fahey and Polvo—leather boys, leather girls, and silly cuckoo clocks—and serves as the first signal of the future to come in 2025.

Hal Cruttenden: Can Dish It Out But Can't Take It

Hal is back on tour in 2025 with a brand-new show that promises to stick it to ‘The Man’, as long as ‘The Man’ doesn’t stick it back to him.

With his trademark hard-hitting ‘take no prisoners’ comedy (this is what Hal told me to write), he will be hilariously pontificating on subjects like middle-aged dating, social media, the insanity of modern politics and the fact that his daughters love him but don’t respect him. He believes that after you’ve seen the show, you’ll feel exactly the same way.
