A three-piece blues roots, rock band from the UK, Yorkshire based with Alex Eden, lead singer, guitarist and harmonica player, drummer Richard Ferdinando and bass player Richard Green. The band glean inspiration from the likes of The Black Keys, Magic Sam, RL Burnside, Taj Mahal and Dr John.

Joe Barton, Mickey Donnelly, and Louie Rice met in London during the 2000’s but it wasn’t until they had relocated to Norwich in recent years that they rented a studio in a condemned brutalist shopping centre and the GERM LATTICE sound was formed. They began by agreeing what they didn’t want the project to be: no improvising or jamming, no overdubs, keep the tracks short etc..

We will be raising money for the important work of Leeds Asylum Seekers’ Support Network (LASSN), who support refugees and asylum seekers to be respected, supported and empowered to rebuild their lives free of persecution.

Meet in the courtyard for tea and biscuits. There is a 1/2 hr natural history slide talk followed by a quiz and some videos.
After an introduction to the use of Bat detectors there is a guided walk approximately two miles in length.
The route is reasonably accessible mostly on tarmac paths. A variety of roosting and feeding habitats are covered.
In the past about five species of bat have been encountered engaged in a variety of natural behaviour.
