Volunteer Call out - SAA-uk South Asian Heritage Month

In July and August, South Asian Heritage Month celebrates the vibrant cultural tapestry of South Asian communities in the UK, highlighting heritage, traditions, migration stories, and creative expression.
In the lead up to this significant time, SAA-uk are honouring the vibrance of South Asian creativity through exciting community sharing days. Taking place all across Leeds, these events will showcase music, dance, poetry, art and creative expression inspired by South Asian heritage — whether traditional, contemporary or beautifully fused.
If being at the heart of community, celebration, and culture sounds exciting to you, you can get involved as a volunteer, helping us bring these sharing days to life!
As a volunteer, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain invaluable experience running local events and engaging with the diverse community of Leeds, fully supported by the SAA-uk team!
