Playful Information Centre with Mek Summat

Playful Anywhere CIC are celebrating Leeds Festival of Play and Creativity with a playful take on a traditional Tourist Information point in Leeds City Centre. Find us outside of Leeds Art Gallery from 29th October - 3rd November with FREE daily play and pop-ups for all the family!


On Wednesday 30th Mek Summat are inviting you to explore the city centre in a whole new, more playful, light, with I-SPY LEEDS. Influenced by the vintage ‘I -Spy’ books of the past, come and grab your pencil & pad, keep those peepers peeled and get exploring !

On Tuesday 29th The Art Doctors are prescribing a healthy dose of playful art. Join them to create quirky alien creatures, stupid placards and unexpected art that adds a splash of weirdness to the streets of Leeds.

Elfie Run

It’s time to channel your inner elf and join our festive 5km Elfie Run for a fun filled day on Sunday 8th December.

Our Elfie Run is accessible to all, you can walk, skip, jog or ride and dogs are welcome too! We have plenty of family festivities for everyone to enjoy at the spectacular Temple Newsam in Leeds including face painting, music, festive drinks and a best dressed elf competition!

With your support, together we can create a world where primary bone cancer is cured.
