This month we’re delighted to welcome TONNIE RICHMOND

Tonnie only started writing poetry after retiring and moving to Leeds in 2013. Her first collection, Rear-view Mirror was the first to be launched by Yaffle’s here at Heart in November 2023. She is currently working on a full collection which she hopes will come out in 2025.

Karanjit Panesar’s practice is ambitious, broad and layered. His starting point is filmmaking and from these films he often builds installations, with sculpture, drawing and writing spilling into and out of the moving image space.

JAKUB KLIMIUK QUINTET is a London-based ensemble that fuses influences from the Scandinavian improvised scene and contemporary New York jazz, creating a sound full of exciting tension. The resultant repertoire is a combination of scripted forms and improvised sections, constantly entwining melodic compositions and experimental sonic escapades.
