Evening Retreat For Office Workers

Join Holly for a delicious, restorative and informative evening retreat for office workers.

We’ll start our evening retreat with a yin and restorative class; long held, supported poses designed to both de-desk the body, releasing tension in the neck, shoulders and hips and to de-stress the mind!

Our calming class will be followed by tea and cake, before sitting down to an educational talk about what stress is, with practical tools from yoga to help manage stress now and into the future.

Anything Could Happen

For the first time in 2025 we’re back at our favourite venue, Seven Arts!

And what better way to celebrate than by letting kids feed our storytelling with their crazy, creative minds and have them tell a bunch of supposed grown ups what to do and say.

Sounds fun doesn’t it? Then come and join us and become one of our star storytellers!

LET'S MAKE SOMETHING SPECIAL

“I literally had tears in my eyes from laughing so much! Your team are so talented and downright hilarious!”

Moments of Calm: A Workshop for Cultivating Mindful Habits

This workshop will explore how to bring a little more calm and self-care into our daily life through yoga and life coaching.

So often we try to implement new habits that don’t quite stick... an hour on our yoga mat every morning, a yin practice before bed every night. It sounds great, but in practice it just doesn’t quite work. We want to explore some small but effective practices that can be easily implemented into a busy life in a way that really works for you.
