Human - 5Rhythms ® movement workshop

You are not just a dancing body;
You are a feeling heart,
A thinking mind,
A creative soul,
A unique expression of spirit.

This dancefloor is for the whole of you.

The 5Rhythms ® movement practice was originated by Gabrielle Roth, and is described as "the dancing path from inertia to ecstasy". It is suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical ability. You don't have to consider yourself a dancer.

Channeling Your Anger Into Art

Learn to transform the creative and natural energy of anger into artistic expression and self acceptance.

In this immersive one-day workshop, you will be guided in a safe and supportive space to explore anger as a catalyst for creativity (as opposed to destruction) through a blend of experiential, body-based and art-focused exercises.

Join us to look at her early life, marriage and children, her visit to Leeds and her very own annus horribilus.
