This course will train you in methods of deep tissue massage specifically designed to assist in the elimination of waste and toxins through the lymphatic system.

Course content:

This 4 week beginners course is a comprehensive introduction to yoga, so by the end you feel ready to jump into any class confidently or begin a home practice. Each week is designed so that a new topic is covered (with a little refresher of the previous week) that builds your understanding and abilities.
