Looking for an afternoon that’s equal parts zen, creative, and just a little bit cheeky? Join us for a one-of-a-kind Pilates Meets Crochet and Knitting wellbeing event! 

A space to enjoy a Reformer stretch, followed by a Stitch & Sip session - unwind, laugh and craft with likeminded people.

Yoga & ART in the Woods Workshop

Join Alice (alice faulkner yoga) and Sarah (LOOKUP: Holistic Art) for a nourishing afternoon of mindful movement and creativity in Otley Chevin Forest Park. 

This uplifting workshop combines a mindful woodland walk, grounding outdoor yoga, and creative play using natural materials, and delicious refreshments.

No experience needed – just come with curiosity and a love for nature! 

Find Your Focus with Ellie Julings

Do you struggle to find the headspace (or time, energy, motivation) to pursue the things that matter?

In this two hour introductory workshop, you’ll:

• Learn how brains and bodies respond to stress

• Try out some evidence-based techniques to refocus a busy mind

Leeds Triathlon

The Leeds Triathlon 2025 takes place on Sunday 3rd August 2025. This year's event marks the inaugural year of TBF Events spectacular new race in this triathlon-loving city.

Leeds has long been a powerhouse of British triathlon, with Olympic champions Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, Jess Learmonth, all hailing from the city and many more elite Triathletes calling the city their home.
