Fall into Place Theatre are pleased to hold these relaxed Chair Based Yoga sessions for Leeds residents, pay as you feel or free for those with financial barriers. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

'Hi, I’m Amy a Leeds yoga teacher & I would love you to join me for 90 minutes of chair yoga where we will drop into our natural relaxed state and find our joy.'

'At Yoga Hero, we put a focus on feeling  fit and fabulous through yoga.We really believe yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind; as such we run classes for beginners to boffins, regular beginners and improvers workshops as well as ‘Introduction to Yoga courses’.
