Headingley Enterprise & Arts Centre (HEART) invites you to join in the fun at Wonderday 2024 – the 7th annual celebration of growing up in Headingley!
The day is organised in collaboration with Child Friendly Headingley, and welcomes young people of Leeds and their families to Heart for a fun filled programme of activities!
The centre will be open 10-4pm with soft play in a mini cardboard construction of Headingley in our TinyBoo play space.

These Craft Club sessions our specially designed to engage the children with a creative task! In each of these sessions the children will explore a new medium or craft guided by some of our favourite local artists. These sessions are perfect for those kids who love getting creative and making their own art work. The sessions will be adaptable to all levels of abilities and above all else will be FUN!

During these sessions your child will join Dora for a afternoon of nature exploration - Dora is a creative educator and Forest School Leader. She combines her love of all things creative and the outdoors to share her skills and experience in sessions which include nature, art, storytelling, poetry, and music.
Your sip & paint event at Brasserie Blanc, Leeds will be themed around Wyland Tondelier‘s Olympic Street Art painting in celebration of the Paris 2024 Games. Forget the stencil and show us your inner rebel.

Your PopUp Painting experience in Leeds will include:

Your sip & paint event at Revolution Electric Press will be themed around PopUp Painting‘s Lichtenstein inspired, Oh, Wine… I Love You painting! Shoot right back to the swinging 60’s, with your favourite tunes, bright colours and bold lines of Pop Art.

Join us for our Autumnal edition of the zine library lates as we celebrate the season with Autumn and morris dancing inspired zine making, sew a mushroom patch activity, bracelet making and learn a dance from special Morris dancing guests, The Wharfedale Wayzgoose Border Morris.
Decompress and chill in the Drawing Room with your unfinished project or your next crafting adventure!
Get help from others, delve into the inspirational Art Library books and resources. Start something new, share a skill or simply find a space to get on with your craft and listen to a great playlist!
