Hailing from Bangalore and now based in London, Jyotsna is Europe’s foremost Indian violinist.
Her music illuminates Carnatic musical tradition in kaleidoscope colour. Approaching every musical interaction with a forward-thinking outlook and elastic expressivity, Jyotsna is just as likely to be found revelling in raga rotations or jamming in free jazz, often marrying the two.
Masters of melody Espen Eriksen Trio and British jazz star Andy Sheppard are back.
After 17 years, seven albums and regular touring on four continents, Espen Eriksen Trio’s reputation is firmly established. The Norwegian trio’s music relies on highly melodic and lyrical instrumentals and is often credited for its unique voice. Award-winning saxophonist and composer Sheppard has made a significant impact on the international jazz scene. He’s worked with many notable figures including Gil Evans, Carla Bley, George Russell and Steve Swallow.
Award-winning singer, composer and flautist, Nai Barghouti is one of the most distinguished vocalists of a new generation of Palestinian and Arab artists. With a layered ornamental technique, in which she uses her voice as a musical instrument, Nai brings a genre-defying link between jazz and Arabic music.
Along with her Amsterdam-based quartet, she’s renowned for her stunning rearrangements of iconic pieces from Umm Kulthum to Fairuz, as well as original work well rooted in Arabic maqams, jazz and classical western music.
A double bill from two of the jazz-world’s best.

It fills up the vacant space between Kate Bush’s melodies, Dave Holland’s rhythms and Sex Pistols’ harmony.
It lives in original compositions that relate to Christmas, day-dreaming, Duke Ellington, good friends etc…
It hates being clear, although Its life is full of structure.
It established it’s den in Leeds-UK in Spring 2018.
It’s current earthly form is outlined by the following lovely humans:
