Offshoots: Flo/ra and Tom Harris

Offshoots returns in 2025, supported by the New Northern fund by Jazz North and Early Career Promoter Fund by the PRS foundation, featuring Flo/ra and Tom Harris.

Tom Harris is a northern pianist, composer, and educator. They try their best to make interesting work with kind people, and want to share it with as many folks as possible!

David Preston 'Mµ Trio' - featuring Elliot Galvin & Sebastian Rochford

David Preston was a finalist at the 2009 Montreux International Guitar competition and is composer and co-leader for the critically acclaimed UK modern-jazz trio ‘Preston Glasgow Lowe’ . He has been active as a sideman to a variety of cross-generational musicians such as Lianne La Havas, Empirical, Asaf Sirkis, Peter Ind, Emma Rawicz, Melody Gardot, Goldie & the Heritage Orchestra, and Ingrid Jensen.

Tuesday Night Live/Jazz at Heart: Sam Watts and Matt Anderson Duo

SAM and MATT met when they came to Leeds College of Music to study on the Jazz Course in 2007. They became firm friends during this time, living together and sharing many memorable musical experiences. Since then they have both gone on to have successful performing careers of their own, touring internationally and releasing multiple albums.

HEART in particular is an important place for both of them, having been regulars at the venue since it’s opening, both together and with their individual projects.

Live 16 piece Big Band and close harmony vocal trio, The Honeybirds.

We've got lots of great music for you from classic Big Band, Christmas and Party tunes. And lots of room for dancing!

And for those of you that have been before we've asked Kate to do 9 to 5! And if you haven't been before you are in for a treat!

The Honeybirds are an amazing vocal trio, who met through a mutual love of intricate close harmony, swing music, 1940s style and fashion. They might even do some solo party numbers!
