We hate waste! come and make some cool and colourful notebooks, sketch books and zine books with us from scarp paper, card and posters.
Learn simple techniques to make your own books at home so that your scrap paper doesn't go to waste! All equipment and materials will be provided however you are welcome to bring along anything you have and would like to use!
This session is free, you are able to make a donation at the checkout if you are able to support our accessible creative workshops and events.

Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon with a fun film on the big screen with us! The film is a secret BUT we promise it will be a good one... the cafe will be open for drinks and snacks and there will be creative activities to keep the kids busy too!

Each week in this friendly meet up, you will try your hand at different techniques from Japanese sashiko embroidery techniques to felting or creative quilting and collage, there's so many possibilities to create art with fabric! Hosted by talented textile artist Ling, you will create something new or receive help to create your own project!
Come and join this fun and positive session, grab a cuppa and learn how to create a vision board capturing your personal aspirations for the year ahead. All materials provided and you are also welcome to bring along and images or photographs you would like to include.

The cafe will be open for drinks and food including a tasty pay as you feel hot dish. We have lots of space for people of all ages to hang out and have fun.
Music is welcome as long as it is acoustic.
Wednesday nights at Left Bank are a giant melting pot of creative activity! Pop in for a drink, play games, join a workshop, dance or create...this is a youth club for grown-ups, free to socialise, watch and join in...anything goes!

We encourage you to bring along a creative activity that you’re working on. This could be anything from a colouring book to a painting, writing materials to collage stuff, or some air drying clay. BUT if you don't have anything, don't worry, there will be a range of materials and some inspiration if you would like some.
With the renewed interest in the film Nosferatu, following a recently released remake, Elusive Jazz are putting on a special intimate screening on the original 1922 film at The Northern Market on Tuesday 21st January.
This will be accompanied by an original improvised live score, and a special performance by Michaela Antalová & Adrian Myhr.
