80s night, playing synthpop and alternative!

Long time DJ in Leeds (Strangeways / Imaginary Friends / Party Party / Bad Sneakers / Don't Falter) aka gojonnygogogo brings you a night of 80s nostalgia.

Jonny Strangeways first synth pop night was “Sex Dwarf” at Bar Phono in the early 2000s, were you there? (Probably not) along with his regular night Strangeways. Now the promoter behind Mad World brings you a night of Synth Pop classics, Indie, Goth and alternative hits from the 80s.

Get ready for a mad night as HMS Morris bring their genre-blurring bilingual psychedelic art-pop to Leeds! 

King Zepha will be live at Sela on Thursday 3rd April with their original jump blues, rocksteady, ska and dub with honkin' horns, thumpin' double bass and raucous 4-part vocal harmonies.

Tickets are PAYF with a £5 suggested donation and all the money goes to the band and helps to support our live music program at Sela.

As always Sela will be open for pints, cocktails & fun times from 4pm with pizzas being served til late.

Gig starts at 9pm but get down early to get yourself a good seat for the show!
