Mary Gauthier: Celebrating 25 years

It’s been 25 years since Mary Gauthier, now revered Grammy-nominated songwriter, released her groundbreaking debut album Drag Queens in Limousines. Eighteen months after this record was released, the response was so incredible that she hung up her chef’s coat, moved to Nashville, and started to make her mark as an exciting new voice in the songwriting world.

The Wandering Hearts

The Wandering Hearts is a British americana-folk band known for enchanting harmonies and heartfelt songwriting influenced by the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, Fleetwood Mac, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and First Aid Kit.

The band’s first two albums, Wild Silence (2018) & The Wandering Hearts (2021), have received critical acclaim and charted Number 1 on the UK Americana Charts, as well as amassing over 16 million streams in the UK and USA. Both albums were also nominated for UK Album of the Year at the UK Americana Awards.

Luke Morley plus special guests

Best known as lead guitarist and co-founder of Thunder, British musician Luke Morley has also had a successful side career, either as a member of the Union or releasing his own solo work.

After issuing his debut album, El Gringo Retro in 2001, Morley would return, after two Thunder reunions, to his own material some 22 years later with 2023’s Songs from the Blue Room.
