It’s never too late to learn to dance! These classes are a great way to socialise, keep fit and improve posture and flexibility.
Our Over 55s Intro to Ballet Class is designed for those with no previous ballet experience. The class will cover the foundational skills, building key introductory knowledge and vocabulary.
Experience the thrill of Phloz Qlynik Hip-Hop and R&B. Suitable for all levels, this class combines high-octane drills with captivating choreography. 5Rhythms® - Body & Breath is an intuitive dance class without music. A chance to tune in more with your own rhythm, and the rhythm of your environment, to find your way gently into movement. Guided by accredited 5Rhythms® teacher Ben Deutsch, each class is a unique experience, co-created in the moment.
This is an hour long class. We'll spend approximately 45 minutes moving together, and there will be some time at the beginning and end of the class to check in with each other, and to share words if we want to.
