Chart toping indie four-piece band The Lathums will return to Leeds for their first headline show in over 18 months with their biggest ever headline show in Yorkshire on Friday 12 July as part of the 2025 Sounds Of The City  concert series. Joining them on the bill as special guests are The Royston Club.

Global pop sensation MIKA has announced a major headline outdoor summer show at Leeds Millennium Square on Thursday 3  July as part of the 2025 Sounds of the City concerts series with Scouting for Girls as a special guests.

Known for his flamboyant style, powerful vocals, and infectious energy, MIKA has captivated audiences worldwide with era defining hits including Grace Kelly, We Are Golden and Popular Song which have collectively amassed billions of streams.

LGBT History Month's theme for 2025 is activism and social change and we think it's important to know where a community has come from to help it get to where it needs to go.

The tour will uncover sites from Leeds' Queer past along a route following the trail of Leeds Civic Trust's 2018 rainbow plaques.  There will also be some bonus history thrown in - inspired by the West Yorkshire Queer Stories archive.
