Nothing But Thieves - Sounds Of The City

Fresh from releasing their fourth album ‘Dead Club City’ which charted at #1, British rock band Nothing But Thieves will bring their well-known energetic and impassioned performances to the square this summer. With multiple gold and platinum records under their belt, the Southend five-piece achieved global success, amassing over 1.2 million worldwide album sales, 2 billion worldwide streams and 250 million video views.

They will be joined by special guests punk rock band Bad Nerves.

Summer Series Concerts Return to Millennium Square

Millennium Square is set to host some of the most exciting acts in music this summer as it gears up for the highly anticipated Summer Series from 3 July to 4 August 2024. Bringing a vibrant festival atmosphere right to the heart of Leeds, the annual concert extravaganza returns this year with 13 nights of unmissable gigs.

Set against the majestic backdrop of Leeds Civic Hall, music aficionados will be treated to an eclectic combination of emerging artists and globally renowned icons.

Legacy Ride Sportive

A major new cycling event is taking place in Yorkshire this summer to mark the 10th anniversary of the county’s unforgettable staging of the Tour de France Grand Depart.

The mass participation event, named Legacy Ride, will be held on Sunday, 7 July with amateur cyclists getting the chance to retrace the route followed by the sport’s professional stars back in 2014.

Setting out from Roundhay Park in Leeds, riders will make their way to the heart of the Yorkshire Dales via some of the county’s most scenic roads and locations.

Welcome to Leeds Pride, the biggest celebration of LGBTQ+ life in Yorkshire!

Leeds Pride is one of the biggest one-day festivals in Leeds City Centre! It has undoubtedly become a huge contributor to the local economy with over 70,000 choosing to visit last year, and attendance numbers are growing every year!

Euro 2024 Fanzone

Millennium Square will play host to the Euro 2024 Fanzone with all England's group stage matches against Serbia, Denmark, and Slovenia, as well as the knock-out stages, broadcast live on the Leeds Big Screen.

Entry is strictly by advance ticket only and is a standing-only event. Gates open approximately 1½ hours before each England match, welcoming fans into a specially created outdoor area with a licensed bar, several street food catering concessions, and toilet facilities.

Skelton Rangers Summer Playsceme

Summer nature playscheme for 8-13-year-olds at TCV Skelton Grange

This week-long playscheme is ALL about getting outside and we aim to be out in the fresh air for most of the day, every day!

Shelter building, fire lighting, outdoor games, nature study, campfire cooking, field games, hammock making, wild food walks, wood work crafts, string making, bows and arrows, stalking and tracking, pyro-carving, and charcoal making.
