Ricky Adam: Back-To-Back, A Solo Exhibition

Back-To-Back is a series of photographs from the terraces of Leeds - 2006-2024.The photos, taken by Ricky Adam, are the result of years of going round the houses (quite literally), all over Leeds, in all manner of weather, taking snapshots in and around the red brick terrace houses that surround the city like a giant donut made from red bricks.

‘Stand’ing with Flamboyance

‘Stand’ing with Flamboyance is the debut collaboration between Pyramid and Flamingos Coffee House. The exhibition’s title is a pun – ‘stand’ and ‘flamboyance’ are terms used to describe a group of flamingos. It explores different art pieces by artists in and around Leeds who identify as LGBTQIA* and/or disabled, bringing together interconnecting communities/groups of people.

Camera Connections

Camera Connections exhibition presents a series of photographs taken by older people across Leeds, exploring the theme of portraiture and identity.

Six groups from AVSED, Otley Action for Older People, Seacroft Friends and Neighbours, Burmantofts Community Friends, Health for All and AgeUK Leeds have taken part in this pilot project, facilitated by Skippko artists Nicki Taylor and Sally Storr.

The exhibition is open to all. Please email cath.skippko@gmail.com for details on how to find Skippko.

Leeds Tattoo Expo 2025

The artists will be tattooing with options for both pre-booked appointments and walk ups available all weekend - check out our instagram to see who is attending so far, with new tattooists being announced every day!

There will also be a piercer, tooth gems and a henna artist ready to adorn your body.

Enfolded Journeys

Enfolded Journeys is an open call touring exhibition of new artists’ books made in response to themes relating to travel, displacement, geographies and borders, and migration in recent times and in the past, and the effects of such movements of peoples.

28 artists from Leeds to Puerto Rico have created an array of engaging works that question our sense of place, home and the need to sometimes move on, whether compelled or voluntary.

In this unique and intimate exhibition displayed in the Victorian splendour of The Leeds Library, all of the art works can be handled.
