Join us for a restorative and regenerative day of movement, meditation and music medicine

This Spring, Colette, Georgie and Emma invite you to connect with the medicine that is unfurling within. On this day retreat we will explore restorative practices as opportunities to reflect, restore and recharge. You will have the chance to sink into the medicinal qualities of deep rest accompanied by soothing live music from harp, cello and voices as well as begin to emerge from your Winter cocoon through gentle yoga, mantra singing and journaling.

Revisited took you back to every year from 1983-1994, we're now moving to All Dayers, DAYCLUBBING from 3-10pm with the best DJs from back in the day!!

Dave Angel rocked the house at our HUGE event at Venue23, Wakefield in 2023 so how could we let the people of Leeds miss out? He's back with a full two hour set, digging even deeper to where he started out when it was all new and fresh, playing the likes of Raindance, 35 or so years ago!

We are teaming up with Films at Heart and the fabulous café at Heart for one of their Food Feasts - the winning combination of an evening of food and film!

The main film released last year is 'Bye Bye Tiberias', made by Lina Soualem.

Leaving her native village to follow her dream of becoming an actress, Hiam Abbass also left behind her mother, grandmother and seven sisters. Thirty years later, her filmmaker daughter Lina returns with her to journey through the vanished places among the scattered memories of four generations of daring Palestinian women. Read more here.
