Leeds Gay-ble Tennis

In these free fortnightly sessions, you’ll get a chance to have a go at table tennis alongside other members of the LGBTQIA community and their allies.

Wether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve been playing for years, we welcome you to have a go in these sessions! This is a great chance to learn a new skill, whilst also getting to socialise with a wonderful and supportive community of people.

Acro Yoga Six Week Course

Scarlot is a certified Partner Acrobatics teacher living in Leeds, UK. She teaches a wide variety of Acro workshops from beginner through to advanced amateur level.

With a background in dance, aerial work and modelling, Scarlot has a profound appreciation for self-expression through creativity and movement, Icarian and standing acrobatics being her personal playground.

Hatha & Restorative Workshop

This workshop will help you to make those shifts in your energy and open up some space in the body and mind ready for the Spring months. 

The workshop will be combination of a slow steady Hatha practice that will open you up with deep stretching into the closed areas of the body, followed by the benefits of a quietly relaxing in restorative yoga. 

Be prepared to find stillness, a quieter mind, and leave feeling calm yet uplifted and energised.

Hatha Yoga with Keavy

Join Keavy for Hatha yoga with meditation. Shed your tired skin and allow your body to relax.

‘Ha’ (sun) and ‘Tha’ (moon) yoga is the balance of these two opposite energies within us and creating a peace within the body and mind.

Keavy’s classes are slower paced and involve holding poses for a few breaths- a lovely place to start for beginners or those who want to deepen their practice.

LGBTQ+ Swimming session at Bramley Baths

LLCC are excited to be launching a new set of swimming sessions at Bramley Baths! 

The pool is booked from 5.30pm - 6.30pm and during that time, the only people accessing the pool will be people who have signed up for the session. 

There final session before ours is at 5pm, so changing rooms should be empty to anyone but those of us signed up for the session. We welcome anyone who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and aim to be an inclusive space for people of all ages, genders and body types.

Yoga For All

We invite you to our gorgeous, regular yoga space. 

It will be held by Loretta (@lorettajasmineyoga, she/her) is a Leeds based practitioner who runs vinyasa and hatha yoga classes, as well as embodied flow, somatic / free movement classes.Hhere, she encourages participants to drop out of the thinking mind and come back home to themselves through their body and breath.

Designed for beginners, and the more experienced yogis to engage the joy of yoga amidst nature's beauty. Explore gentle poses, embrace the harmony of mind and body, and nature. The perfect weekend wind down activity!

Stretch, Unwind and Play!

Join Left Banks Kids Yoga teacher, Harriett, for a fun & family-friendly yoga session in our beautiful Burley Park! Designed around kids this session encourages the whole family to get moving amidst nature's beauty. Explore gentle poses, fun games, and embrace the harmony of mind and body within nature.

Adults are encouraged to join for a much-needed stretch during the session. Or you can take an hour to relax on the grass as your little ones play.

Summer of Fun - Roller Skating

Take a spin with LS-TEN who will be doing guided roller skating sessions.

Skates will be provided, booking details will be added nearer the time.

All our activities include:

- Crafts and colouring
- Lego & DUPLO building tables

All our activities are FREE and take place in the Market Kitchen where you will find a wide range of food options and lots of seating.

We have been awarded a Scope Inclusive Activity Award meaning our activities are accessible for families with disabled children and our quieter times are generally 11 to 12noon.
