Edek's Doodle Chat

Edek’s Doodle Chat is a relaxed social group for everyone to doodle and chat.

A safe space to talk and listen. An opportunity to be social and prioritise well-being. A place to connect and build community.

We encourage you to bring along a creative activity that you’re working on. This could be anything from a colouring book to a painting, writing materials to collage stuff, or some air drying clay. BUT if you don't have anything, don't worry, there will be a range of materials and some inspiration if you would like some.

Yoga at Left Bank

Wake up with our refreshed Wednesday morning yoga sessions with our new teacher, the lovely Rosie then treat yourself with a free hot drink to take away or drink in.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Rosie moved over to Leeds to study in 2008 and has been here ever since, so you can enjoy her hybrid northern-irish-yorkshire accent! She live in Burley with her partner, Sarah, and their two cats!

Rosie has been practicing yoga for around 8 years now and finally decided to do her 200hrs yoga teacher training at the start of 2022.

Walk With Us - January Refresh

Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy a walk around the neighbourhood. 

Our walk will be at a steady pace allowing for time to chat, rest or take photos and all abilities are welcome. Dogs and children are welcome too! 

The walk will last for about one hour and upon our return we will have a complimentary hot drink at Left Bank.

Leeds Inflatable 5k

Evening Classes at Yorkshire Dance

Turn’d Up Fitness is a high energy dance fitness class made to get you feeling confident and empowered which involves 14 songs, it is fast paced but easy to follow to keep the heart rate up. Everyone can join in and we encourage you to make the moves your own!

What to wear

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in, trainers and add a check shirt around your waist for extra SASS!

Pilates

Join us for Pilates at The Middle Floor! This course is open level and suitable for a range of experiences (including beginners)!

The course will include traditional and non traditional Pilates techniques. Through this course, students will gain knowledge of the six principles of Pilates, and have improved posture and body coordination. You will be able to move through classes more freely and feel how your bodies have developed strength and flexibility. 

Adult Intermediate Contemporary

Join us for Adult Intermediate Contemporary Dance at The Middle Floor!

Adult Intermediate Contemporary Dance is for people looking to take a step up to improve their dance skills and are ready to take a deeper dive into contemporary dance and performance! 

The first half of the class focuses on an active warm-up to prepare your body, followed by dynamic and physically engaging centre work inspired by Cunningham and release techniques. As well as refining our dance skills; we can develop our confidence, embrace the fun of dancing and meet new people! 

Dynamic Floor

Join us for Dynamic Floor at The Middle Floor!

Dynamic Floor is an advanced-level floor work course aiming to develop fluidity and movement rhythms. We will work on the coordination and physicality of movements to understand how to organise our bodies in order to enter and exit the floor. We will use our weight and momentum to move in an efficient-effortless way without disrupting the flow of movement.
