Chemistry 15: Emily Zobel Marshall, Harry Man and P for Phosphorus

Chemistry is back on Friday 27 September, with another night of poetry and spoken word, two brilliant headliners and our amazing open mic. This time round our headliners are Emily Zobel Marshall and Harry Man.

The events are themed on the elements of the periodic table, so this time it’s element number 15, which is P for Phosphorus. The theme is entirely optional, but we hope you might use it as a creative prompt to come up with some new work to reveal on the night.

The 4 Johns in “All We’ve Got Time For”

The 4 Johns bring you “All We’ve Got Time For” their hilarious, innovative, mind-blowing, spoken word comedy show.

Time is running out and there’s a million things to do. The 4 Johns are going to change the world, right all wrongs and start a revolution, just as soon as they’ve updated their socials, finished watching Netflix and stopped playing Minecraft.

Funny, innovative, outspoken, uninhibited and unafraid, the show will make you laugh, cry, think, and laugh again.

Ever wondered where all the time goes?

Georgie Jones & Will Sebag-Montefiore: Comedy and Poetry at HiFi Leeds

Will Sebag-Montefiore is a satirist who turns the news into sketches and songs and is creating his first solo show 'Will of the People'. Georgie Jones is a poet and performer working on a brand new show about how to stay hopeful. Join them for a night of comedy and spoken word poetry.

They are sharing a night because they both share a deep loved of both maize based snacks and being the centre of attention. Also because their style is nice and fun and cute. You should come!
