Simon Reeve: To The Ends of The Earth

Simon is an author, TV presenter, and one of the world’s most adventurous travellers. His unique brand of documentary filmmaking combines travel and adventure with current affairs, history, wildlife, culture and conservation. His journeys have taken him to more than 130 countries, across jungles, deserts, mountains and oceans, and to some of the world’s most beautiful, dangerous and remote regions.

In 2018, Simon’s first national theatre tour was completely sold out. Now he’s returning to venues across the UK with new tales in his latest tour To The Ends Of The Earth.

Yes, it was 1985 when he met TV’s Clarinet Man – next-door neighbour Ken Worthington – who came last on New Faces in 1973 (Tony Hatch crucified him!)

New Dawn Fades: A Play About Joy Division and Manchester is celebrating 11 great years with a re-energised and vibrant new production touring the UK this October, including the iconic City Varieties Music Hall in Leeds.

It’s the story of four ordinary lads who, inspired by the punk revolution of 70s Manchester, came together to form one of the most influential bands of all time: Joy Division. Following the untimely death of lead singer Ian Curtis, the band went on to huge worldwide success as New Order.
