The Acting for Screen Youth Diploma course is for children and teens aged 11 to 16 years who are passionate about pursuing a career as professional screen actor. YAFTA offer a range of child and teen acting classes alongside industry workshops to equip your child with all the skills they need to act on screen.

Taught at the Leeds Media Centre, the 12 month course is designed to combine with existing study and life commitments. 

Our students follow a structured syllabus which has been designed by a team of graduates from the world’s top drama schools including; RADA, LAMDA, Central School of Speech and Drama, ALRA and LIPA, and Occupational and Business Psychologists who specialise in assessment and selection, specifically, the design and delivery of examination processes. This blended learning, bespoke course has been exclusively developed as an alternative to drama school training.
