Dorothy Gale and her dog Toto are swept away by a tornado from their Kansas farm, to the magical Land of Oz, where they embark on a quest to meet the famous wizard – finding friends and enemies along the way.

One of the best-known and loved films from the Golden Age of Hollywood, The Wizard of Oz is still as captivating, exciting and magical as it's ever been. The songs are legendary, as are the special effects and the strange world of Oz – conjured from L. Frank Baum's original novel.

The film was a favourite of David Lynch, who directly and indirectly referenced it throughout his career. He once gave an answer on a Q&A panel: "There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about The Wizard of Oz."

Join us from 10.30am before our Saturday screening for a self-led, drop-in activity.

Our Sunday morning Hyde & Seek screenings at 11:00 in Screen Two are Autism friendly. These relaxed screenings are intended to provide a safe environment for neurodiverse audiences and anyone who finds standard screenings challenging. They feature prompt start times, raised lighting, reduced volume and a relaxed attitude to noise/moving around. To give audiences extra space, we reduce the capacity at these screenings, so pre-booking is advised as they often sell out.
