A community initiative that brings together individuals and organisations from creative, digital, TV and film. We host a FREE breakfast networking and speaker sessions on the first Tuesday of every month (it is The New Monday after all…). 

Over coffee and croissants, you’ll get insider tips and practical information on emerging production sectors, gain creative inspiration, and open doors to collaboration opportunities.

The New Monday is for creatives: whether that’s composers, artists, producers, game studios, DOPs, commissioners, industry bodies, freelance crew, directors, production companies, talent execs – if you’re based in Leeds, come along and have a good natter!

Who We Are

The New Monday is led by a collaborative group of creatives based in Leeds and Bradford, including Channel 4, Leeds City Council, The Creative Catalyst programme, delivered by Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (the LEP)*, Tell Studio, Wise Owl Films, We Are the Allies, and Department.



We aim to build collaboration across industries, provide inspiration and opportunity, nurture talent, and develop a supportive creative culture of professionals and experts in the North.
