Tom Dickinson is a motivational speaker, mental health advocate and founder of Tom’s Talks - a platform dedicated to opening up honest conversations around mental health, resilience and mindset.
Following the loss of his brother in 2015, Tom made it his mission to create spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported. He now speaks in schools, businesses and online to thousands and hosts the Tom’s Talks podcast- known for its real, powerful conversations with public figures and everyday heroes.
With a relatable and compassionate approach, Tom brings energy, empathy and depth to every conversation he leads.

Tom Fitzsimmons
Tom Fitzsimons is a recovering alcoholic with a captivating story of perseverance, determination and success. His battle with alcoholism and his inspiring story motivates individuals to take action and achieve success.
Tom Fitzsimons is one of the most inspirational alcoholics you will ever meet!
He is a family man, a professional speaker, poet and author.
Tom’s battle with alcohol began at the age of thirteen and by the age of thirty-three his drinking was leading him to an early grave. On August 27, 2007, He started to take the first difficult steps into sobriety and is approaching 18 years sober.
He was a keen distance runner and in April 2010 he completed the Marathon des Sables running 250km through the Sahara Desert and in 2013 he ran from San Francisco to New York City a distance of 3073 miles in 100 days. (Sadly, injury means his running days are over).
Tom has been involved in Men’s groups for over a decade gaining great insight into the power of men helping men.
As a community educator for Change Grow Live, he works to remove the stigma attached to substance use and mental health.
Steve Phillip
Steve Phillip was a successful leadership & sales coach, corporate speaker, heading towards semi-retirement, when, in December 2019, he received a call that would change his life forever; his 34 year old son, Jordan, had taken his own life.
With a following of more than 60,000 people on LinkedIn, Steve delivers impactful and inspiring talks, like this keynote talk; “Navigating the ‘S’ word”, using his own lived experience and insight to help others spot the signs that someone might be struggling with their mental health and how to provide support to those who are feeling suicidal.
Andy Cavell and Pete Owen
Founder and co-hosts of 'Hey Mate, Can you talk?' UK based mental health awareness podcast. They believe its time to break down the stigma and make an open forum for people to discuss mental health in a healthy and constructive way.
