Aerial hoop is an amazing way to build strength and flexibility in the body, while also challenging stamina and coordination. This class is perfect for those with some aerial hoop experience, but complete beginners are very welcome.
Jess will offer variations and modifications throughout to support all in the class. Come and fly with us!

The classes will take place in our 1st-floor dance studio which is up one flight of stairs. Aerial is a physically demanding skill however we will do everything we can to remove any barriers that individuals who wish to access the classes.
