Trans Day of Remembrance

This week it's Transgender Day of Remembrance, an annual observance on 20 November that honours the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.

TransLeeds and TransPrideLeeds are working with Leeds Teaching Hospitals to hold a candlelight vigil this Wednesday 20 November at 6pm, Great George Street Entrance, Leeds General Infirmary.

Refreshments and buffet, alongside a pop-up exhibition, followed by speakers from various organisations that are committed to supporting trans and non-binary communities.
