Novelty Island

Novelty Island [aka Tom McConnell] releases third album Jigsaw Causeway on October 3rd, 2025 via Liverpool indies 9x9 Records & Ripe Records. In support, the Jigsaw Causeway tour will be trailing across the country throughout the autumn, calling at Novelty Island strongholds of Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Admiral Fallow

Admiral Fallow (Louis Abbott, Kevin Brolly, Phil Hague, Sarah Hayes and Joe Rattray) released their much-beloved debut album Boots Met My Face in 2011, its widely-acclaimed successor Tree Bursts In Snow the following year, an extraordinary third record, Tiny Rewards, in 2015, and their captivating fourth studio album, The Idea of You, in 2021.

The Sick Man of Europe

Emerging from London’s underground music scene, The Sick Man Of Europe is distinctly monochrome in its outlook. Each note counts in this climate – economical but played with absolute precision and conviction. Propelled forward by machines and seeking solace in repetition. There are echoes of the post-punk and European art rock pioneers at the cusp of the 80s, but re-tooled for the present. The same fears. Looking for answers or something to believe in, but finding more questions in an age of absolutes.

Scott Lavene

Scott Lavene is as English as pork pies and pasties, dunked biscuits in Yorkshire tea. Last year’s album Disneyland in Dagenham was full of Essex, East End poetry, and classic English post punk. Following extensive touring including many sold-out shows, Scott is back with another album entitled, Cars, Buses, Bedsits and Shops out 22nd August on Nothing Fancy. An album bursting with more dark humour, snapshots of squalor and cheek, and Scott’s unique love songs.

Willie J Healey

"I’ve always liked the way Willie has followed his own path away from the music scenes, oblivious to where the zeitgeist might be”– Steve Lamacq, BBC 6 Music

"I’ve completely fallen in love with his music, it’s very bright, clever, excellent soul-y funk music with a keen sense of humour… my new favourite artist" - Guy Garvey, BBC 6 Music

“WJH is a completely brilliant singer songwriter” - Greg James, BBC Radio 1

“One of my favourite albums of the year’’ - Jack Saunders, BBC Radio 1

Nearly Dan

Less tribute and more homage, Nearly Dan is saviour to the growing legions of Dan fans, desperate to hear the meticulously crafted grooves and allusive lyrical style of Donald Fagen & Walter Becker. Nearly Dan's approach is faithful, though not reverential, and relaxed but as tight as their namesakes. They bring their own unique spirit and spontaneous humour to every concert.

It’s been over 40 years since the release of the first Steely Dan album “Can’t buy a Thrill”, featuring the hits  “Do it Again” and “Reelin’ in the years.”

Pile

Sunshine and Balance Beams is the 9th studio album from Boston's Pile, and their first for Chicago’s Sooper Records.

Over 15 years, Pile has amassed legions of worldwide fans through relentless touring and writing. This resilience and dedication have earned them status as recognized standard bearers of the global rock underground. Sunshine and Balance Beams is a Sisyphean fable concerned with labour and living, containing some of the group's best production value and most accomplished arrangements to date, and centring Rick Maguire’s vocals in new and exciting ways.

Anna Erhard

The Berlin-based, Swiss-born singer released her highly anticipated third album Botanical Garden in September 2024 and was celebrated by the press throughout Europe. In the UK, BBC 6Music supported the singer with heavy rotation airplay.

Her songs, somewhere between the spirit of Kurt Vile and early Beck, are an eclectic mix of distorted guitars and lo-fi keyboards. With characteristic nonchalance, Anna Erhard performs mischievous lyrics, setting her everyday life and her wanderings to music.

Paul Young: Songs and Stories

Paul Young broke into the big time 40 years ago when No Parlez went to number one and spawned iconic hits like Wherever I Lay My Hat (That’s My Home). More success followed with the Number 1 album The Secret Of Association and the worldwide hit Every Time You Go Away, not forgetting the opening line for Band Aid and appearances at Wembley Stadium for Live Aid and Queen’s tribute to Freddie Mercury.
