Adam Kay: Undoctored

The nation’s twelfth-favourite doctor brings his brand new show to Leeds, fresh from a record-breaking run at the Edinburgh Fringe.

This is Going to Hurt was a literary sensation, selling three million copies and becoming a multi-BAFTA-winning BBC series.

Undoctored follows on from This is Going to Hurt, leaving audiences laughing and crying with Adam’s unique tales of life on and off the wards.

It also contains the ‘degloving’ story because people ask for refunds if they don’t hear it.

Carl Hutchinson: Today Years Old

What has quickly become an annual tradition, Carl is back for a third consecutive back-to-back tour.

His storytelling skills & ability to hold an audience is second to none. Rich in observations and exaggerated physical comedy, a night out with this Geordie is guaranteed to have you belly laughing from start to finish.

Audience reviews:

*****

“The most relatable comic ever, great vibes”

*****

“There are some topics that shouldn’t be funny, but the way they’re told and put together is just brilliant”

Pierre Novellie: Why Are You Laughing?

Pierre Novellie is known for his award-winning comedy/observations which you might have enjoyed on The Frank Skinner Show on Absolute Radio, the hit podcast BudPod with Phil Wang, World’s Most Dangerous Roads and The Now Show on Radio 4.

He can’t stress enough that he thinks these thoughts are normal and reasonable – it’s you people that don’t make sense. He is the normal one, definitely, but that does raise an important question:

Why are you laughing?

“pulls huge big laughs… you’ll still be laughing about it as you walk away” ★★★★★ Scotsman

Dan Nightingale & Fiends

After two hugely successful national comedy tours, Dan Nightingale (host of the ‘Have A Word Podcast’) is doing something a little different in 2024: he's hosting a run of shows with some of his favourite comedians on the bill.

With Dan doing what he does best and some of his very funny Stand-Up friends (or fiends) smashing sets... you won't want to miss out, these shows will be the very best type of comedy mayhem.

Steve Bugeja: Self Doubt (I Think)

He's appeared on S’tand Up Central’ (Comedy Central), Z’oe Ball On Sunday ‘(ITV), ‘Love Island: Aftersun’ (ITV2) and hosted BBC Radio 4's ‘Economics With Subtitles’.

This year he's discussing babies, eye tests and the time he went on holiday with 20 women.

'Steve's a charming, likeable stand-up with a set packed with gags' (Sunday Post).

Jessica Fostekew: Mettle

A brand new stand-up show about passion, pace and purpose from the critically-acclaimed star of BBC’s QI, Live at the Apollo and C4’s Travel Man. Jess’ son’s joined a cult AND her cat’s learnt to talk – but despite all that she’s fine, actually. In fact she’s hurtling faster and hustling harder than ever for the things that she wants and needs.

Mark Watson: Search

Mark Watson‘s 12-year-old son has just got a phone. His 70-year-old dad has been through the most frightening experience of his life. Both a dad and a kid himself, around the midpoint of his life, the Taskmaster star and multiple award-winner – now also famous as one-third of YouTube cult sensation No More Jockeys – returns.

He’ll consider the search for meaning that we’re all on, with or without Google. There’ll be a lot of jokes, and a show that’s different every night.

Shaun Ryder: Happy Mondays, and Fridays, and Saturdays, and Sundays

He’s the wild man of rock who became a national treasure. Happy Mondays and Black Grape frontman Shaun Ryder is hitting the road for a new, spoken word tour.

The star of more-TV-shows-than-anyone-has-a-right-to-feature-on – including Celebrity Gogglebox, and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, among many others – redefined the sex ’n’ drugs ’n’ rock ’n’ roll lifestyle during the halcyon age of Madchester.

He’s touring in support of his new book: Happy Mondays and Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays.
