Stake Out by Simon Brett OBE

Detective Sergeant Craig Downs is on his final stake-out before retirement to catch the serial ‘Kilburn Killer’. Ever the traditionalist, Downs is keen to tell new comer, Hayley Poulson, all about being a proper cop, however, she is also keen to show Downs an alternative approach. Will they see eye to eye, and can they work together to catch the Kilburn Killer before they strike again?

The Baddies

Meet the very worst Baddies in the world! Don’t you dare to come too close to a witch, a troll and an ancient ghost!

The Baddies love being bad. They roar, spook and cast wicked spells to try and scare a girl out of her wits…who will succeed? Or perhaps the girl is braver than they think…

Toxic

Toxic tackles men’s mental health, masculinity, and friendship. It follows two best friends and the circumstances which have caused them to spiral. Andy’s husband has left him. Best friend James is a man’s man, who uses gags to disguise his vulnerability.

As Andy’s mental health spirals, they both must learn to face their demons head on or destroy their friendships and themselves forever. Time is running out, and their lives are not the only lives at stake.

The Wind in the Willows
