This immersive workshop offers a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of both sound healing and massage in a serene, therapeutic and calming environment. The session is designed to calm the mind, release physical tension, using a combination of soothing sounds and skilled touch.

Amy uses sound healing including gong, crystal bowls and other instruments for the sound bath. Creating a relaxing atmosphere the sound and vibrations wash over you whilst you bathe in sound.
