Clear Out Your Closet

The Clear Out Your Closet (COYC) Collective, is a vital peer support group for adults with mentalhealth challenges.

Spoken wordsmith Michelle Scally-Clarke will lead 60 weekly sessions (30 in person and 30 online) where themes around mental health will be discussed and created into original digital, paper based and live resources to support and help others in similar situations.

Winter Wellbeing: Learn to sew Christmas Cat Kickers

Ideal for those new to using a sewing machine. In this small class you will create and customise a kicker toy for your cat. 

We will cover sewing machine health & safety, threading the machine, loading a bobbin, cutting, assembling, adding ribbon and sewing the project. ​

Materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own cotton fabric if you wish.

Suitable for beginners

Winter Wellbeing: Learn to sew a Festive Pencil Case

Create and customise a pencil case for yourself or to give as a gift. Using a sewing machine, you will learn how to make zipped bag. 

We will cover sewing machine health & safety, threading the machine, loading a bobbin, cutting, assembling, adding a zip and sewing the project. ​

Materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own cotton fabric if you wish.

Winter Wellbeing: Learn to sew Winter Bunting

Ideal for those new to using a sewing machine. In this small class you will enjoy making some lovely bunting for your home, party or to gift! 

In this session you will learn Sewing machine health and safety, threading the machine and loading a bobbin, sewing straight seams, cutting, assembling, and sewing the project. 

All materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own cotton fabric if you wish.
Includes refreshments and mince pies!

Let's Play Sum More!

Fostering confidence in simple maths and numeracy skills through stories, rhyme, and play.

Join our fun 3 week series of 1.5 hour sessions exploring the Mini Playboxes in a relaxed and friendly group setting. There will also be opportunity for families to enjoy quality time together and use their local library to support their child's development. At the end of each session you will receive a free book and follow on playful activity to take home.
