Poisons: the perfect remedy or a recipe for disaster?
This October half-term, we’re brewing up a wickedly fun programme all about the perils – and the perks – of poisons!
In Victorian Leeds, poison was commonplace – Arsenic was found in beer, Strychnine treated funny tummies and Cyanide was in the wallpaper!
Today, there are more than 100 toxic plants growing in the UK alone. So, which fatal flora could be lurking in your garden?
Mixed age.
Our Halloween special is suitable for all ages 0 - 6 years but more suited to those from sitting onwards. We'll have a Moo Spooky time together. A small craft is included too.
One full paying child admits one adult. A sibling ticket can be purchased but does not admit an additional adult. If more than one adult would like to attend then they are able to observe the session from the café area.
Dressing up not essential but encouraged.
World Space Week is 4 - 10th October and we’re going to continue the space theme for a few more days into our next Sunday Family Story Play!
When the mice of Moseley Hall run out of cheese, it's up to the 3 strongest mice to zoom to the moon in search of cheese before it's too late...
Will Scurry, Tumble and Squish make it to the moon and will they be able to collect some cheese to feed the rest of the mice??
