Woodski 2022

“The ski slopes of Europe in the suburbs of Leeds.”

From Thursday 20th January, the Woods is taking to the slopes again with Woodski 2022. Enjoy our alpine menu, heated covered outside area, fluffy sheepskins, cosy wood fire and the odd pair of skis. You may not have been able to get to the chalet this winter but we are certain you’ll feel a little like you’re in your favourite après ski lodge here.

Bus Stop Summer Disco Ball

The Busstop Show is an all out blast back to the days of disco fever.

DJ Tony Loveshaft delivers the ultimate thumping disco soundtrack while his cast of 70s throwbacks display their over inflated egos and limited dance ability.

It's a night of Groove, Hustle and Love muscle.

Get your best platform shoes out, slap on some Brut and head down for the greatest disco show on earth.

Quadrophenia Night Leeds

Live music from THE ATLANTICS (playing the film hits + more)

+ DJ DREW STANSALL (ex THE SPECIALS) spinning the best in Mod, Ska, Soul, R&B + 2tone.

This is a great night out for anyone who loves the sounds/vibes of this era - all welcome mods + rockers!

Dress code ... Handsome

This annual event is not to be missed.

Drink & Draw

Start the new year with a Wednesday night art club with Tara Pomery Design and Cut & Curve. It's the perfect opportunity to meet the team who host Water Lane Workshops and find out more about the 2022 Spring Series. Come down, have a drink, have a doodle!

All proceeds of this event will be directly donated to MAP Charity.

LGBT+ Coffee and Cake Cafe 2022

Join us on the evening for our accessible LGBT+ affirmative family friendly event to meet others, play board games, enjoy cake and refreshments or just for a friendly chatter with attendees. The event is staffed by Angels of Freedom volunteers, and funded by the incredible Brown & Blond bakery.

The event is usually attended by around 15-20 people over the evening, so not too overpowering for anyone new to the drop in. We also have information regarding LGBT+ support, groups and services in Leeds if you just wanted to drop by to collect some flyers for these.

Typewriter club.

Come tap out some words on a vintage typewriter.

It could be a thank you note to your Nana for the socks she gave you for Christmas, or a whole bunch of New Years resolutions, or maybe just letter to a long lost friend.
