Rebirthing Workshop - Group Therapy

In this Rebirthing group session, Olivia will guide you and support you in a gentle breath work modality. She will create a safe and relaxed space for blocked emotions to be released in an organic and harmonious way so that you can feel a renewed sense of inner freedom that will allow you to feel better in yourself and for your life to unfold with more ease and wellness.

Relaxation Day Retreat

Our Relaxation Day Retreat is all about pampering. Doing things that help you feel amazing and ultimately totally relaxed.
Join us to learn about how to be good to yourself. The escape includes warming Hatha Yoga, massage, tasty (& nutritious) lunch, Yoga Nidra and even the chance to learn about restorative poses.

All the goodness of a weekend retreat rolled into half a day, and only 5 minutes from Leeds City Centre in our beautiful 18th Century home in Headingley.

Morning Yoga in the Woods

Embrace the magic of the morning, and the transformative power of yoga as we come together to practice within tranquil woodland.

This up to 1.5 hour class includes:

• 1 hour yoga practice

• BEAU-T-FULL tea (yes, it's as delightful as it sounds!)

• A delicious vegan* treat, lovingly crafted to nourish body and soul.

If you need to head off straight after the yoga practice at 10:00, please feel free to take your goodies to go! Or, soak up the tranquillity of the woods a little longer, and enjoy your goodies with a post-yoga chat.

Pregnancy Day Retreat

Join us to learn about how to be good to yourself. The escape includes warming Pregnancy Yoga Class to start your day, pregnancy massage, tasty (& nutritious) lunch, Yoga Nidra and even the chance to learn about restorative poses.

Disco Yoga

I will guide us through an energising, FUN, aligning practice to re-boot our souls. Starting off with a meditation, allowing us to bring our awareness towards the mats, permitting ourselves to let go of any thoughts or emotions that could hold us back from letting go, both physically and mentally within the practice. Next we will start to activate our muscles in a warm up, as the euphoric disco beat starts to kick in. Moving towards our flow sequence with a series of standing and seated asanas, combining classic, dazzling disco moves.

LGBTQ+ Accessible Dance

Shake your hips, get your groove on and dance along to all your fave tunes.

Learn new skills and movements to promote body awareness, holistic health and fitness. Do as much or as little as you like, you can be seated or standing (some of our dancers choose to just do the upper body moves). The sessions are adaptable to different mobility levels and most of all, are lots of fun!

Session dates:

We're running four taster sessions in June, starting on 7th June. Sessions will run from 11am-12noon, with an opportunity for tea and a chat.
