Seeking You - choir concert

A journey of original choral music, featuring works by Kerensa Briggs, Knut Nystedt and Robert Schumann, as well as by members of the choir. Come with us on a musical voyage of longing and hope in the beautiful setting of All Souls' Church.

In this final concert of our 2024-25 season, we will perform the complete cycle of Nystedt's "Prayers of Kierkegaard", which we have been building up during the year, as well as all four of Schumann's songs for double choir. We also introduce two works by contemporary British composer, Kerensa Briggs.

Erasured: Smalltown Boy - Valentine Special

Erasured headline this fantastic Valentine's Day Special, transporting you back to the 80s synth-pop era, as close to the original as it gets...

You would think you are watching an actual show with Vince & Andy themselves, the voice, the mannerisms, the attention to detail in the look and sound alike of maybe the greatest band to come out of the 80s.  What better way to spend this magical night than listening and dancing to some of the best songs ever written about love and the drama that surrounds it?

Killaz UK / Me You At Six / Simple Plan UK

The Killaz UK are the ultimate tribute dedicated to the live shows of the Killers. Don't miss this chance to catch the full live show from these guys, you may have seen them play a shorter set at one of the many festivals they've played over the years but Leeds Irish Centre is just the right size to get up close and personal with the lads and watch them play all the greats from the Killers back catalogue, over twice as long as their festival sets.

Bob Log III

"And then there’s this guy named Bob Log, you ever heard of him? He’s this little kid — nobody ever knows how old he is — wears a motorcycle helmet and he has a microphone inside of it and he puts the glass over the front so you can’t see his face, and plays slide guitar. It’s just the loudest strangest stuff you’ve ever heard. You don’t understand one word he’s saying. I like people who glue macaroni on to a piece of cardboard and paint it gold. That’s what I aspire to basically” - Tom Waits
