The Rose Bowl
The Rose Bowl is Leeds Beckett University’s flagship development and a landmark for the city of Leeds.
The 10,000m² building is situated next to the Grade II-listed Civic Hall and Millennium Square. Its central reflective-glass core houses one 250-seat theatre, two 140-seat and four 60- seat theatres. Elsewhere there are offices, a restaurant and meeting spaces.
The basement houses a two to three storey public car park.
The Rose Bowl has rainwater harvesting and on-site electricity generating system, its sustainability credentials being rated ‘excellent’ by BREEAM.
