Welcome to Kadampa Meditation Centre Leeds!

Located in the city centre (behind the Corn Exchange), we have been running meditation classes, courses and retreats in Leeds for over 20 years. Everyone is welcome to attend.

In addition to meditation classes for all levels, we also have a World Peace Cafe and are open six days a week.

You are welcome to drop in any time to explore our historic building and beautiful grand meditation room (we are based in newly-renovated Waterloo House – one of the oldest buildings in Leeds).
